BDO advises Dnata on their acquisition of Alpha Flight Group Limited

BDO has advised Dnata on their acquisition of Alpha Flight Group Limited.

We provided financial and tax due diligence together with tax structuring advice to Dnata on its acquisition of Alpha Flight Group Limited (Alpha) for £100m from the Italian listed Autogrill S.p.A. Alpha, operating in 11 countries, provides in-flight catering services to some of the world's most renowned airlines and also operates a number of airport food and beverage concessions.
