BDO Corporate Finance (Middle East) LLP provides corporate finance advice on mergers & acquisitions, raising equity and debt financing and IPOs and provides the financial due diligence to support these deals.

Our office is located in the Dubai International Financial Center and we cover the Middle East region. BDO Corporate Finance (Middle East) LLP is authorised and regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority.

We specialise in advising family offices, corporates and institutional investors on their business, strategy and M&A activity.  This focus ensures we understand the complexities and specific factors that affect transactions that these businesses undertake, enabling us to advise you on the optimum deal structure, options and risks based upon our in-depth experience.

We have a dedicated corporate finance team based in the DIFC which has a wealth of experience.  We focus on Middle East clients and the businesses they are looking to acquire, sell, or raise finance for, be that within the Middle East region or internationally.

The BDO network has a strong presence in the region and we work closely with our BDO member firms throughout the Middle East.  This means that we can draw upon local expertise where required while also acting as your independent adviser.
